Dick's just lost its second firearms manufacturer following its anti-Second-Amendment stance.
In the span of one week, two firearms manufacturers have parted ways with Dick's Sporting Goods.
It was announced April 3 that Springfield Armory was severing all ties with Dick's due to their anti-Second-Amendment stance, particularly their hiring of gun-control lobbyists at the beginning of the month.
O.F. Mossberg and Sons, Inc., has now followed suit, terminating their relationship with the retailer effective May 9.
This decision was announced in the following press release:
O.F. Mossberg and Sons, Inc. is a Connecticut-based firearms manufacture founded in 1919, and is the oldest family-owned company of its kind.
