Several men in a recent viral video are now being investigated.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission wants to know who is responsible for posting a video of themselves dragging a shark behind their boat.
If you have any information you can contact the FWC. Tips are reported to pin point the video in the Tampa Bay area. However, no names are being released because no charges have been filed at this time.
Public Information Coordinator Rob Klepper issued a statement saying, "The FWC takes this very seriously and is currently investigating the incident. We are also attempting to identify the individuals in the video and where it took place."
The video shows the shark being dragged through water behind the boat. You can hear one man saying, "Look, he's almost already dead."
If anyone know any details about the incident the FWC is asking them to call their Wildlife Alert Hotline at 888-404-3922 or [email protected]. They can remain anonymous.
