Another 10-foot white shark is tagged and released off the coast of Hilton Head.
The shark is familiar to a charter captain who's no stranger to catching these ocean giants. The 10-foot white shark he refers to as "Amy" is one of many he's tagged and released over the years.
Outcast Sport Fishing and owner Chip Michalove caught the giant fish in December off the coast of Hilton Head.
The shark frequents this coast line. In fact, she recently made an appearance off the coast of Emerald Isle, which is a part of North Carolina's coast. The Atlantic White Shark Conservancy is tracking Amy via satellite. People can track Amy and other sharks on @sharktivity.
The conservancy receives pings from the shark when the fish breaches the surface, sending a signal to the satellite.
