Scope eye is funny... when it happens to somebody else.
Every year, pictures flood social media of hunters and shooters who gave themselves a scope eye when they shot with their eye too close to the scope on their gun.
Hunters and outdoorsmen sometimes wear this wound as an affectionate badge of honor. Others wear it as a cape of embarrassment. Either way, it's awfully funny when it happens to somebody else.
This hunting season, be a buddy and tell your friends to not put their eye in the scope before they pull the trigger.
Too bad somebody didn't tell these people that before they shot their guns. Maybe this year, scope eye can be avoided altogether...
