Pistol Hand Placement is Basic, But Super Important

Go over pistol hand placement with Kyle Lamb and find out why it so critical for good shooting skills.

It may be one of the basics, but you never suffer to review this; let former Delta operator Kyle Lamb run through pistol hand placement on the range.

When I received tactical pistol training, this was one of the starting basics that was demonstrated to us well before going live. It was drilled in to us to have the same grip each and every time we drew that pistol out of the holster.

Getting as much of the meat of the hands on that pistol frame greatly helps with stability and the reduction of recoil; allowing you to continue engaging the threat quickly and accurately.

Another great tip from Viking Tactics from a professional service of former special operations guys who make a living teaching military, police and civilian shooters.
