The whole process of several trout meals.
I love to catch-and-cook videos. It gives me ideas for fish species I wouldn't normally go after. However, what about a fish that's a little more common and sought after?
It's good to see the process from the outside. Watching a new way to filet trout, and a quick one at that. I know I have gotten used to cleaning fish the way I have done it for years and seeing a potentially faster alternative is worth trying out.
Most catch and cook videos often target fish that people won't commonly keep and eat. Seeing trout and learning new recipes to cook them is nice. I know I'll be firing up my smoker for some trout this year. I also think I need some steel drawers to make a cooler smoker.
