Who doesn't love venison bolognese?
In the grand scale of wild game cooking skills, a solid venison bolognese recipe is often times one of the last ones to be perfected. This oftentimes daunting recipe is passed over by many would-be cooks just because of the ingredients list alone. However, as you are about to see from Kris' Kitchen, it's really not that hard. Once you get the hang of it, it's also a recipe that you are going to want to whip up again and again.
Venison Bolognese
Not as hard as it sounds, is it? Really, when you get down to it, it's just a more advanced venison spaghetti recipe. However, don't say that to any real wild game chefs you might know. Saying things like that in the wrong company can be offensive.
In my opinion, one the best parts about this entire recipe is the fact that it make so much! One pound of venison can make enough venison bolognese to last you for supper one day, lunch the next, then supper again!
