Chicago White Sox Pitcher downed a dandy buck in Indiana.
Baseball season may have ended, but that just means more time for the players who love to hunt and fish to get out in the field and enjoy what they love.
For Carlos Rodon, that means getting out into the woods and enjoying a little deer hunting. Check out the awesome buck he harvested in Indiana!
Here he is! My Indiana whitetail. Biggest buck so far and he sure gave me a run for my money. #Feedingthefamily #Indianawhitetail pic.twitter.com/YSCZHu7mkW

Curious fans replied and asked where he shot the great buck, but he was guarded in giving up his hunting spot, as most any hunter would be.
It's a secret haha but we are more south

He also took the time to post why he believes in harvesting his own food.
Just to help everyone understand the reason harvesting your own food is worth it....for me it's because it's "Grass Fed." Way better for you. (You can look up the benefits) Also anything we don't eat we give to families who need it, and in rural Indiana there isn't a shortage. pic.twitter.com/AgnA7FuXxP
