This pet definitely has a case of "little-dog syndrome."
This time of year, it seems social media is always flooded with stories of pets being involved in some sort of coyote attack. As the winter starts to peak, food sources get lower and lower, so naturally, coyotes start to make their way into neighborhoods. As you are about to see, this little toothless chihuahua wasn't going down without a fight. Luckily, it had just enough left in the tank to scare this coyote away.
"I noticed Paco wasn't in the room," the dog's owner said in an interview from the video above. "As I walked out of the room, I come around the shed here and he's got his hair all up, he's all upset and I come around the corner and I see a big ole coyote."
Everybody could learn a lesson from this whole experience. If coyotes are around your neck of the woods, odds are they've staked out your place looking for a meal. When you let your pets out, especially if they're smaller, make sure you keep an eye on them. They just may not make it back inside.
