The Slingshot Channel guy does it again!
It's been a while since we've shared a video from Joerg Sprave, the Slingshot Channel guy. But we've got a whopper for you today.
He has a reputation for re-engineering existing products into new, crazy weapons. He's done some pretty weird stuff in the past, but this one may top them all.
Joerg repurposed four machetes into a compound bow. You have to see it to believe it.
We're not sure how this guy's mind works, but you can't deny the fact he's really creative! Obviously machetes aren't an ideal bow limb. The amount of rattle and vibration in the machetes on the shots seems to indicate a lot of lost energy.
That and the dangers of a snapped limb aside, the bow does function exactly as advertised, and we definitely wouldn't want to be on the other end of a shot! We're glad to see Joerg is still up to his same crazy antics, and we can't wait to see what crazy contraption he comes up with in his next video.
