What I Wish I Knew Before I Started Fly Fishing

Here's a list of important tips that I wish I knew when I first started fly fishing.

We're always trying to help a range of participants in their outdoor endeavors, and we've found that highlighting certain things you learn along the way is a great lesson-teaching method. That is to say, when you focus in on things you wish you'd have known when you started, you can really assist those who are just beginning, who've been at it for a while, and even those who consider themselves experts.

Since I started fly fishing years ago, I've picked up on a ton of things that I've always remembered, and they've all been things that help prevent a beginner's mistake. If I had heard about and applied these learnings earlier, I probably could have avoided some wasted time, wasted effort, and wasted hook ups.

It only makes sense that I should share these tips, so check out this video sequence of  "What I Wish I Knew Before I Started Fly Fishing." Oh, and keep an eye out for more similar video series, highlighting more outdoor activities with the same approach.
