Tesla execs aren't sticking around to see how things turn out.
Tesla's mass exodus of senior executives has no end in sight, with new ones departing after a tumultuous few weeks at the embattled automaker.
This time, two of its latest senior executives to call it quits are former Chief Accounting Officer Dave Morton and former head of human resources Gabrielle Toledo, the former of whom only spent one month on the job before calling the pressures of the job too much to handle.
"Since I joined Tesla on August 6th, the level of public attention placed on the company, as well as the pace within the company, have exceeded my expectations," said Morton in a filing statement. "This caused me to reconsider my future. I want to be clear that I believe strongly in Tesla, its mission, and its future prospects, and I have no disagreements with Tesla's leadership or its financial reporting."
Bad times at Tesla's Gigafactory
Last month marked a peculiar time for Tesla, with its stock price closing recently in the $260 range with countless analysts turning pessimistic against's CEO Elon Musk's ability to lead.
Other public relations disasters by Musk have included an infamous two-hour podcast interview with comedian Joe Rogan over marijuana joints, a chaotic Twitter announcement about turning the company private, and bizarre pedophilia rants against Thai cave rescue diver Vern Unsworth.
