Audi is ready to debut the Audi PB 18 e-tron, an electric supercar with otherworldly proportions, at this month's Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance event.
Ahead of Pebble Beach, Audi released a simple teaser, composed with a red background and black silhouetted hues, showing a vague outline of the e-Tron sporting super-sized wheels, wide fenders, and L-shaped slim headlights.
According to Audi, the e-Tron pays tribute to the Le Man's winning Audi R18 e-tron, which later appeared in modernized form in 2009, promising supercar specs including a 3.9-second, 0-to-62 mph time and a top speed of 155 miles per hour.
No word on when the vehicle will be sent to production.
Look for the Audi PB 18 e-tron to hit the stage August 23rd at 5 PM Pacific Time.
