Mitchel Wenner
Mitchel Wenner is a proud Minnesotan outdoorsman. He was born and raised in the “Land of 10,000 Lakes,” and has spent much of his life avidly fishing these waters for bass in the summer, and walleyes during winter. When he is not fishing, Mitchel enjoys hunting for ducks, pheasants, deer, and turkeys. He has decided to take his life’s passion and combine it with his work as a freelance outdoor writer for Wide Open Spaces. Mitchel blames his obsession with the outdoors on his father, who has hunted all over North America and Africa, most often chasing high country mule deer.
