Reece Messerly was born in Montana where he began his love of the outdoors! At age six he caught his first bass in a small stocked pond and has been in love ever since! Moving around a lot as a kid really helped him see outdoors all over the west. His current interests include catching big smallmouth and largemouth bass, chuckar and quail hunting, any form of big game and researching all things outdoors. He currently serves as a US Marine and is stationed in Southern California with his wife, two dogs and very angry cat.
