Well, there are spa treatments in various places around the world where you can let diminutive fish peck the dead skin off of your hands and feet... but this is ridiculous!
It looks like a wild location, but it's probably in an area where the fish are 'tame.'
The question is, would you even want to do it?
Anytime fishermen can get that close to fish they like it, I don't care what anybody says! Why do you think they have a massive aquarium at Bass Pro Shop stores?
Obviously you can't get in one of those, but if they offered it you'd do it in a heartbeat.
If it was a catfish farm, I might have to wear a bigger shirt and take a dozen to go!
