Sure, you may think that you own your cat, but what if you have it backward and your cat owns you?
It seems like it would be a pretty simple thing to own a cat. You feed it, you care for it, and you give it attention. In turn, your cat provides you with companionship and affection - well, sometimes. But what if we have it all wrong? What if you don't own your cat at all, and in fact, your cat owns you?
According to this video, there are 10 signs that your cat owns you. Do you find yourself changing your routine to suit your cat's desires? Does your cat dictate your sleeping schedule, waking you up before your alarm goes off? Does your cat sleep anywhere he wants, including directly on top of your keyboard when you're trying to work?
If you answered "yes" to all three of these questions, it sounds like your cat owns you.

Life with cats isn't always what we expect. They make life interesting, that's for sure, but they also sometimes change the way we do things, like how we handle Christmas trees during the holidays and whether or not we can leave toilet paper in the bathroom.
Sure, cats may change up our lives a bit, but they're definitely worth having in your life. They're super entertaining, adorable, and lots of fun to have around...even if they do happen to own us.
