You know you have it good when you can catch monsters right off the surface with big mouse flies. These flies can be tied on the really big hooks in number 2 or 4 size and actually are quite easy to put together on your bench. Just remember it only has to look like a fat mouse from beneath the surface of the water to that trout, you don't need to replicate a mouse exactly.
