The concept for the Beauer 3X expanding camper has been around since 2009, and it was first offered for sale in France in 2016.
This unique design allows a normal-sized camper (about the same width as a standard motor car) to expand to an amazing 130 square feet of interior space. Here's how it works, with more information, including price, below.
The 3X comes in a variety of colors, and the style you see here. As it unfolds the inside furniture unfolds with it.
It takes about 20 seconds to go from six feet wide to about 15. It has a shower, bathroom, and a bedroom and even a dining area which includes a working sink, stove, and refrigerator.
Can it fold and unfold without crushing any of your important things?! You'll have to see it up close, or buy one for yourself, which at £19,500 or almost $24,000, may take a while.
