You've heard of shooting fish in a barrel. How about catching a beautiful brown trout in a pothole?
This is just the video to watch for those of us who've pitched, flipped or otherwise thrown a lure into a bucket or inflatable pool.
Observe the results as this Norwegian fly fisherman lays the perfect cast into a pothole no larger than a meter across. This veteran angler only strengthens the notion that there is no spot with water in it that doesn't have a trophy lurking.
You may have to watch it twice to see the subtle rise of the quarry, but in this case, it is well worth it. I don't know about you, but I have the sudden urge to find out more about Scandinavian trout fishing.
