Okay, you should be able to see where we're going with this right off the bat. This is a recipe originally meant for beef jerky—and we do love beef—but it can definitely be used to soak your favorite game meat, especially venison.

Let's review the materials: one bottle of Dr. Pepper soda, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sliced jalapeños.
You can certainly do this low and slow in an oven or by smoking it, but I recommend investing in a good dehydrator so you can set it and forget it.
If you're new to the jerky game it may take a few tries to get it exactly the way that you personally like it, but like it you will!
