Austin-based apparel brand Duck Camp recently announced the launch of a women's collection just in time for spring. (Bonus: a new fall line will follow!) While the brand focuses on creating clothing and gear for hunting and fishing, these new pieces are designed to be as multi-faceted as the women who wear them.
"This launch has been a couple years in the making as we've been developing, testing, and re-testing our new women's collection to make sure it delivers on our brand promise of versatility, performance, and comfort," Ned Hobson, Duck Camp VP of Product & Sales, said in a statement. "We wanted to create a line with the same intentionality as our men's gear that our female audience could wear not only while they're hunting and fishing, but also in their daily lives."
The spring line focuses on UPF-rated bamboo shirts, merino tops, pants, and cozy joggers. The pieces in this collection are made for daily wear, easily welcoming whatever life brings, and can even transition to going out on the town after a long day in the field. Their four pillar pieces are the Original Bamboo Crew, Mesa Merino Hoodie, Gruene Cargo Pants, and Airflow Joggers.

The Bamboo Crew features moisture-wicking, UPF 30+ material with a bit of Spandex added for stretch and added comfort. This lightweight shirt can be worn on its own or layered up for cooler spring days.
The Mesa Merino Hoodie is just as soft and practical as the Bamboo crew, but it adds extra warmth, moisture-wicking properties, and odor control to the mix. The hoodie's material offers highly desirable sun protection with a UPF 86+ rating, making it perfect for transitioning from winter to spring. It also features snaps and a drawstring bottom for a more comfortable fit.
The Gruene pants are soft, stretchy, and have deep pockets to carry all the essentials you need easy access to. The elastic waist keeps you comfortable no matter what activity you're taking on, and the ripstop fabric helps keep these pants in one piece. Say goodbye to tattered knees!
The Airflow Joggers are the final key piece in the collection and boast a stretchy, lightweight fabric with a non-bulky athletic fit. The material is 100% recycled nylon with PFC-free DWR coating for added protection against the elements.
