An Up-Close Look at the Legendary 4-Barreled Shotgun

Is a four-barreled shotgun better than a double-barreled shotgun?

Believe it or not, this is a real gun. But is there any scenario where this would actually be practical?

Lucky for us, Ian from Forgotten Weapons decided to share his up-close analysis of the famous Lancaster four-barrel shotgun.

One thing's for sure, you'd probably rip through the ammo a little faster than normal with this double side-by-side!

While an interesting invention, this break-action shotgun design obviously went nowhere. However, I have to admit it would be scary to look down the business end of one of these.

But all the same, give me a 9mm handgun or a semi-automatic 12-gauge shotgun and I'd presume it would be just as intimidating.
