Dogs can make for some seriously snuggly sleepers, and one exhausted nurse took full advantage!
When Rachel Martinko came home from work, she was beyond ready to crash. Employed as a nurse at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida, Martinko had just finished up an astounding three-day work shift and was too tired to even change out of her scrubs when she passed out, face-down on the bed.
Her two English Bulldogs, Opie and Cleatus, must have been pretty happy to have their mama back home because they joined her in the ultimate snuggle session, and luckily for us, it was all caught on tape!

Filmed by her boyfriend, Ethan Wykoff, the 30-second video shows Martinko and her puppy pals enjoying a deep and restful sleep together. One of the pups can be seen tucked comfortably under her left arm, their faces almost touching, leaving the other to sprawl out spread-eagle, his head nearly hanging off the bed!
If you listen closely, you can even hear the faint sound of snoring coming from somewhere on the bed. Bulldogs, along with many short-nosed dogs such as pugs and Shih Tzus, are known to snore due to their shallow nares, which are additional nostrils found at the back of the nasal cavity.
We're not sure if this is Martinko snoring or one of her bed buddies, but either way, everyone looks crazy comfortable sharing some slumber with those they love the most!
