You need an edge when it comes to finding morels. They are hard to see, and everything likes to eat them. So, check out the video below to get some tips finding morels.

So there you go. Dead elms are often morel gold mines. If you find a dead elm on the ground you will probably find morels. Sycamore's are a new one, but having them stand up makes them that much easier to target. In most cases you just need to find the largest tree in the area. Otherwise, look for leaves similar to the below image.

The best advice though is to slow down when you find one. Keep looking in the area that you found one. Wet areas are a great spot to look for mushrooms.
