When you hook them in the back they have everything at their disposal to fight you with. Here's two sturgeon fisherman that had to high-five and switch.
Anybody that has been fishing for any length of time will know that a foul hooked fish feels like a ton of bricks.
When you're fishing for something that's already as big as a sturgeon and you snag it, you'll think that you're fighting a tank.
Luckily, these two anglers had a backup plan: double team the fish!

No fisherman can ever predict snagging his quarry, but it usually doesn't take long to figure it out. It's not that often that you will need two anglers to finish the job though!
Hopefully these fishermen did the right thing and released that big prehistoric looking fish to breed and then fight again.
