The hype for "John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum" is real, and gun enthusiasts are itching to either critique the authenticity or savor in the bullet-burning goodness. Either way you look at it, there are a lot of guns in this movie.
You can be sure of that.
Halle Berry co-stars alongside Keanu Reeves, and it looks like director Chad Stahelski urged them both to brush up on their shooting skills at the gun range before filming started.
Here's a training video super cut of Berry working with Taran Tactical, the company that was started by championship shooter Taran and has emerged as the go-to Hollywood shooting skill resource.
As far as current day action movies go, the John Wick action franchise is pretty rad. Doing your own stunts is one thing, but dedicating yourself to the shooting craft in this way is real acting art.
Being at the gun range and seeing what that sort of gun training can translate to on the big screen would have been incredible.
The movie will be in theaters and IMAX worldwide on May 17, 2019.
