This isn't what they meant when they said that you should get some new ink!
"Let's go jigging for squid," they said. "It'll be fun," they said. Well, they didn't know how much vigor one of these tentacled beasts could have (even out of the water) until they pulled one into the boat.
While there are a number of things that can get snagged on a squid jig, a squid is usually popular choice. Since they have a self-defense mechanism second to none, you would figure those fishing for them would be ready for an all-out assault once one reached the boat.
Unfortunately, the guy helping to get the prize in the boat wasn't ready for what was about to happen. Here's a wake-up call he won't soon forget:
You can't fake the look on that guy's face. What was better, his expression or the woman's reaction to it?
She was having all the fun by the sound of it, but when that squid got him, she couldn't believe it. Here's hoping he didn't have a problem with his eyes after that.
