Did you see all that action they had while fishing offshore in Florida? They caught a variety of species and landed them all with skill and efficiency.
In case you missed it they landed a blackfin tuna, two bonitos, a mackerel, and a monstrous bluefish. The blackfin tuna they ate, and some of the others were used for shark bait.
One tip Rick gave about the tuna, was to make sure all the pieces of the meal are cut into the same size. The bluefish fried up just fine with a little oil and a touch of salt. Now when you bring your catch home after going offshore in Florida, you have a couple recipes you can reference to enjoy a tasty meal.
