Ever unhook your bass, toss the jig back in to check out your fish, and then almost lose your rod to another one? This guy did.
This can't be the first time that this has happened, but it happened to this fine fisherman, and his partner managed to get it on video.
He pulled a decent largemouth out of the water, tossed his bait back in, and when he went to admire the first fish, a second bigger one almost got away with his whole rig.
Here's the video:
You're officially a bass fisherman if: you've ever caught two (or more!) on the same bait, had one attack it right at the boat, looked in the livewell and found a regurgitated bird, had to remove four pounds of slop to get to the fish, and yes, tossed the lure you just removed from one fish next to the boat only to have its buddy slurp it down!
Start thinking of more because I'm writing them all down for future reference.
