If you're into rally car racing, then you know that today's racecars have nothing on the classics. And the 1993 Ford Escort RS Cosworth is one of the best ever!
Last year, Ken Block announced that he was stepping away from full-time rally racing, but he isn't hanging up his racing suit just yet. In fact, he recently announced an action-packed schedule for 2018 including three races with a classic 1993 Ford Escort RS Cosworth he acquired last year.
This iconic rally car was a homologation special designed for racing in Europe, and it was powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that sent 227 horsepower to all four wheels. Block will run this car in three events in the U.S. this year: the Oregon Trail Rally, New England Forest Rally and Idaho Rally International.
In addition to these three races, Ken Block will also run four WRC events including his first race in Spain since 2014. In Spain, he will run a 2017 Ford Fiesta RS WRC car, while the other races will see him behind the wheel of a Ford Focus RS RX.

Gymkhana will be treated to an eight-part documentary on Amazon Prime as well as GymkhanaTEN by the end of the year.
