You may have heard of the constrictor knot, and you may even use it frequently.
It's helpful for when you need to attach a section of rope to a post or pole, or when you're tying together a bundle or the top of a sack.
This method simplifies the knot, and provides a quick, helpful way to create the double loops you need to make a constrictor knot.
