Breathable waders are the norm for duck and goose hunting these days, and the LaCrosse Hail Call (MSRP $330) delivers a nylon upper material with 60g quilted insulation. The Estuary ($240) is the 3.5mm neoprene option with a Brush Tuff layer of spandex and Lycra to increase the durability eve more.
Both come in Realtree Max-5, and have the adjustability for the ultimate active fit.
The fact is, LaCrosse listened to women to find out the cut and pattern that was needed to fit right and function just as well as any pair of men's waders they've ever created.
The Estuary neoprene waders have 1200g Thinsulate Ultra Insulation, and the Hail Call has 1600g with a convertible upper which can be changed from chest waders to pant waders.
Both have hand warmer pockets (the Hail Call's can be removed) and a removable EVA footbed.
Adjustable elastic suspenders make sure they'll fit a range of female frames, and were designed to ensure a proper fit every time, even with the wide range of movement you need when you're after waterfowl. As far as women's duck hunting gear goes, they've covered all the bases.
