Let's See if You Can Actually Catch a Goliath Grouper on the Fly

A goliath grouper on the fly? Get real... 

Many people are put to the test when it comes to chasing down and actually catching a goliath grouper. You have also probably seen many crazy ways people have tried to catch these fish also. Well, add in trying to catch one of these goliath grouper on the fly. We aren't saying it's not possible with the right gear, but then, what's the point of even using a fly other than to tell people you caught one on a fly rod? Ah, whatever. Who are we to judge?

Okay, so now maybe we are saying this is impossible. They may not make a fly rod big enough to handle the pure power of one of these fish. Of course there is line strong enough to get this job done, but rods aren't meant to bend like that!

I'm sure this isn't the last we have seen of people trying to pull of this incredible accomplishment. When it happens, hopefully you'll see it here first!
