These four-legged pups are big fans.
The Daytona 500 marked the start of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup season on Sunday February 18. It's in its 60th year and the biggest fans of the event are arguably the pets in attendance.
USA Today's For the Win got to meet some very good dogs on the infield of the 2.5-mile racetrack.
Driver Austin Dillon won the race...this is his pooch.

Maddie the Beagle was excited to watch from her bed.
Burley the Australian Cattle Dog puppy came all the way from North Carolina. It is obviously his first race sine he is only 12 weeks old.
And finally Kalee the cute Catahoula who has seen the Daytona 500 five times now!
The race was an exciting one for everyone as it went into overtime. The Daytona 500 was called after 207 laps on the superspeedway instead of the normal 200.
We are sure everyone was petting their pups in anxious anticipation!
