Quoth the raven, "Nevermore!"
At least that's what it looks like the raven in the following video is saying about a recently issued parking ticket.
The scene is Yellowknife in Canada's Northwest Territories.
The setting is a downtown parking area where a driver has been cited for a violation.
Apparently, the bird didn't agree with parking enforcement's view of the situation.
Seems ravens have been little hoodlums for some time in Yellowknife. They're blamed for power outages on a regular basis.
Back in 2014, it seems a raven landed on a power line causing an outage—and a forest fire.
If the bird in the video was trying to help the owner of the car, the effort was all for not. Authorities say the even if the ticket was shredded, the car's owner still has to pay the fine.
