Fiat Chrysler has issued a recall for 1,930 2014-2016 and 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demons due to faulty cruise control that stays stuck.
The issue stems from its Powertrain Control Module software which has a programming defect, causing it to remain active even after turning cruise control off on the steering wheel.
Vehicles affected also include some 2018 model year 5.7-liter V8 Challenger, Charger and Chrysler 300s.
All notifications to owners will be made by the end of August. To learn more about the recall, visit your local dealership or visit the NHTSA recall page and enter your 16 digit VIN Number.
