Up until now, if you wanted to buy a Rolls-Royce, you'd have to visit a showroom shared with other makes... GASP! Well, not anymore.
The truth is, with its low volume of bespoke cars, Rolls-Royce showrooms were best suited for a dealership focusing on high-end vehicles or ones that had other BMW franchises (BMW owns Rolls). As the lineup expands to include the all-new Cullinan SUV, it made sense for some dealers to dedicate an entire facility to this brand.
You'd think such a dealership would be in L.A., Miami, or possibly New York, but this standalone dealership is actually located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Raleigh (owned by Westgate Motor Cars) opened a 13,000 square-foot building with all of the luxurious amenities and design elements you would expect from this automaker, and it has a showroom with enough space for eight Rolls-Royces - that's at least $2.5 million worth of inventory if all the cars were base model Ghost II sedans.
"It's an honor to partner with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in celebrating the official opening of our stunning new dealership. We are excited to showcase the first stand-alone dealership for Rolls-Royce in America and make our Grand Re-Introduction back into the Raleigh market," said Ramin Safavizadeh, the dealership's General Sales Manager.
