Well many of us have done this before.
When dealing with a bee hive or a wasp nest, sometimes it's just too big to get up on a ladder and spray some Raid up there. We sportsmen have an alternative—guns. Why burn it or hose it down with poisonous spray when you could just blast it with a shotgun?
Youtuber Wranglerstar did exactly that, but made a big mistake. He left his cameras within range of some very angry wasps.
In my personal experience, a 12-gauge shotgun loaded with 8-shot shells does a great job on wasps, hornet and yellow jacket nests. Be careful of where you shoot and then get the heck out of Dodge. They'll shoot back!
