This fish n' chips recipe is too good not to try!

There's nothing better than the taste of fresh caught fish. There's also nothing more satisfying than whipping up a home-cooked meal yourself. With this simple to follow recipe of Brooke's, you'll be digging into a delicious platter of fish n' chips that are guaranteed to hit the spot. Here's what you need:
Ingredients
Batter (whisk to combine):
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp corn starch
- Sprinkle smoked paprika
- Sea salt
- 1 cup old Milwaukee beer
Chips:
- 2 Russett potatoes, roughly chopped
Fish:
- Any firm, white fish
- Oil used: vegetable oil
Tartar sauce:
- 1 cup full-fat mayo
- 2 dill pickles
- Fresh dill finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- salt/pepper
- sriracha
Serve with lemon wedges.
