Fishing is full of surprises, sometimes good and sometimes not so great. A young fisherman had an interesting surprise when he reeled in a diamondback snake.

Chipper and his grandpa were fishing together when a fish he was reeling in came to shore with a water snake in tow. The 10-year-old remained calm and released both the fish and snake into the water.
