At just 25 millimeters wide, this mini subwoofer by YouTuber Mark Anthony T. Montero can crank out big beats.
In the clip below, watch its owner use a ruler to compare the MTX sub to a Philippine 25-cent coin, a hair smaller than a U.S. nickel or a 1-euro coin.
At just 25mm, the world's smallest subwoofer can still deliver an impressively wide range of bass notes with the pulsation to match.
We imagine this small-scale speaker could be used in stereo headphones, custom exercise equipment (Beats by Bowflex?), jet skis, and golf carts. Throw in a set of tiny tweeters and miniature mids and you'll have yourself a pocket-sized package that'll lift you off the ground.
