This recipe would work with almost any freshwater fish. Obviously perch would be a great alternative to walleye, but in fact any panfish would work great.
I have to admit I do side with Fred a little on this one, mustard seems weird on fish. Then again it looks too good not to try. Throw in the other reactions from the people in the video and you know this has to be something good.
