Every now and then, well known brands air tearjerker commercials to promote its safety features or deliver a message about its meaning.
Ever get caught off guard by a car commercial, thinking you're watching some emotional soap opera preview?
Here are three we can't stop thinking about from the folks at Chevrolet, Subaru, and Ram.
1. New Couple - Chevrolet Trax, Equinox, and Traverse
This Chevrolet commercial pay tributes to the stages of life by introducing two couples, honeymooners and a married couple, to three vehicles, the Trax, Equinox, and the Traverse.
Endearingly with a soft voice, the male host pairs each vehicle to a life stage, with the Trax ideal for "starter" couples, Equinox for a family of three, and the Traverse for a family of five (plus two dogs and a cat).
"No matter what stage of life you are in - Chevrolet has an SUV for you."
2. Checking on the Kids - 2016 Subaru Forester
A soft piano melody plays as parents check on their children's activities before a sudden wide angle pans to a car blasting a mom's passenger side, prompting her to ask her daughter if she is OK. Subaru reminds us that every model is a 2015 IIHS Top Safety Pick.
3. Farmer - Ram Trucks

In this surreal spot, the heart of the matter hits home. Farmers across America know what a good truck means, and they're echoed by the speech from Paul Harvey's 1978 'So God Made a Farmer.' Great stuff, and emotional to boot.
