Can a shovel stop a bullet?
You likely never asked yourself this question, but apparently Demolition Ranch's viewers want to know. So of course, he had to put it to the test. Any excuse to get out and shoot guns, right?
He takes a variety of different shovels and tests them with a variety of different calibers to see how they hold up.
This was a pretty strange experiment, but still pretty fun to watch. In the past, some of his experiments have shown things like computer hard drives and airplane windows can actually hold up fairly well, to smaller calibers at least. That really wasn't the case here, though. Unless you're shooting a heavy-duty shovel with something small like a .22, it's probably going to go straight through.
