Florida is home to a plethora of car museums, each one housing their own individual styles. In Tallahassee, you can check out a collection of about 80 vehicles, from a 1894 Duryea 2-cylinder prototype to a 1962 Amphicar to a 2001 Plymouth Prowler. At Muscle Car City in Punta Gorda, muscle car enthusiasts can salivate over more than 200 vintage cars ranging from the 1950s to the early 1970s, like GM Performance Cars and hot rods.

This has to be on everyone's bucket list. It's awesome to think that you can get in your car and go from one tiny island to another by way of looooooooooooong stretches of highway that eek out into the crystal clear water. Jimmy Buffet ultra fans, or people who really like margaritas, can head to Key West. And fans of Ernest Heimgway can also partake in a boozy road trip to the island where the historic and extremely efficient American writer liked to spend his days with his cats.
