What is Going on Between This Buck's Hind Legs?

Something isn't right with a buck nicknamed 'Big Nutz.'

This buck could be the butt of about a million one-line jokes, but we will leave those to you.

Some think it's a tumor, while other think it's an STD of some sort. Regardless of the cause, it look painful and very uncomfortable.
