This video gives a whole new meaning to the term "street fighter."
As October is winding down, the rut is starting to heat up in many parts of the country. We know that based not just on the bucks we've witnessed chasing does, but also because many buck fights are breaking out everywhere.
And once a fight breaks out, the bucks are oblivious to everything around them.
We're not kidding. For today's #WhitetailWednesday, you just have to see this cool police dash camera footage out of Blue Ash, Ohio. These two urban bucks don't even notice the officer is there as they duke it out in the street!
Seems a little early for them to be fighting this hard, doesn't it? Nevertheless, we see a lot of dash camera footage here at Wide Open Spaces, but this is one of the coolest ones we've ever come across. It's not every day you just chance into two bucks battling it out like this. The deer aren't stupid. They know where humans can't shoot them, thus why we're seeing more and more urban deer videos like this.
The Blue Ash Police Department had a bit of fun with the video by commenting, "Normally, BAPD would not tolerate fighting in the street. We thought it was best to let nature take its course in this instance. #deerseason."
