This woman in Russia is at home in the wilds.
She has been a hermit in the vast wilderness her whole life. Learn all about the woman hermit in Russia and why she's the very last.
In 1936, a family fled Soviet religious persecution into the wilderness of Siberia. Agafia Lykova is the last surviving member of the family. She has lived alone for 27 years.
The family was discovered only in 1978 by a geological expedition. Until then, they were hidden away from civilization.
The forest is her home. She never wants to leave it. From what we can see in this video shared on Facebook by In The Now this 70 year young lady of the wilderness is quite content. We wish Miss Lykova many more years living as one with nature in the vast Siberian wilderness.
