If you decide to try this gun disarm technique, make sure you do it right. Never look away from your assailant, this will make him nervous and cause him to pull the trigger. Deflect the gun barrel away from your face and body before making the radial arm strike in case of an accidental discharge.
In the video, Victor challenges the experienced police officer to pull the trigger when he makes his move. If this highly-trained law enforcement official isn't quick enough, your everyday mugger probably wouldn't be either.
